Today is the last day of the first stage, I feel so weak and skins emerge on the lip. Of course the fast way to lose weight makes me lose 8 pounds. But I believe the skins will be disappeared after I can eat vegetables and fruit.
Your sense of hunger will be strong even if your non-stop drinking and you will feel hungry in the 3 days especially the last day. It is best to select the three-day on weekends or holidays, because you do not work and save lot of physical force in these days.
