<p>Your sense of hunger will be strong even if your non-stop drinking and you will feel hungry in the 3 days especially the last day. I suggest watching a favorite TV with a long story; it can let you to forget the hunger temporarily. If you don’t like to watch TV, you can do something which you interest and non-manual. It is best to select the three-day on weekends or holidays, because you do not work and save lot of physical force in these days.</p>

Today I suggest the <strong>fastest way to lose weight</strong>. That is <strong>21-day diet</strong>. Last year I personally had practiced this<strong> fastest way to lose weight </strong>and achieved ideal result with 30 pound lost.<br />
Now I am going to <strong>lose weight fast </strong>by 21-day-diet again. I will write down my feeling and notes. Those girls who want <strong>lose weight fast </strong>can follow me.<br />
The method of 21-day diet has 3 stages.<br />
1. The first 3 days: fast<br />
The main purpose is expulsion of toxin. You can eat nothing but water.<span id="more-215"></span><br />
2. The next 8 days: Fruits and vegetables meal<br />
The main purpose is burning fat. You can eat vegetables and fruits. The vegetables can be eaten in the form of fresh and boiled without oil.<br />
3. The last 10 days: Normal diet<br />
You can eat your fill with 60% everyday, and eat nothing 5 hours before you go to bed.<br />
You will lose about 40 pounds weight after carried out 21-day diet. If you have achieved ideal body weight within 21 days, you may end early and normal diet is permitted but not overeating. You can maintain your weight with balanced diet. You can execute the 21-day diet after 2 months if weight rebounded.<br />

Recipe:<br />
1．	Place banana in freezer; freeze until firm (about an hour).<br />

3．	Combine banana and remaining ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately</p>

Easter is coming.Your Easter basket is probably full of candy, chocolate, and other diet disasters. To women who are dieting, they have the same chance to enjoy the <strong>delicious holiday lunch</strong>.<br />
Now I introduce <strong>Mini Smoked</strong> <strong>Salmon Frittatas</strong> .It is the delicious but not-so-decadent .<strong>These portion-controlled</strong> frittatas sneak in healthy substitutions without compromising flavor. It’s Ingredients include Olive oil, eggs ,onion, smoked salmon, milk,half-and-half, low-fat cream cheese, scallions .and total Calories number is only 179. The following is the detail recipe.<span id="more-129"></span><br />
<strong>Ingredients</strong><br />
◆ tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil<br />
◆ 1/4 cup diced onion<br />
◆ 1/2 teaspoon salt<br />
◆ 1/8 teaspoon pepper<br />
◆ 4 ounces smoked salmon, cut into 1/4-inch pieces<br />
◆ 6 large eggs<br />
◆ 8 large egg whites<br />
◆ 1 tablespoon half-and-half<br />
◆ 3 tablespoons 1% milk<br />
◆ 3 ounces 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, cubed<br />
◆ 2 tablespoons scallions, thinly sliced, for garnish<br />
<strong>Preparation</strong><br />
（1）. Preheat oven to 325°. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet. Sauté onion 2–3 minutes or until soft; add salt, pepper, and salmon. Remove from stovetop; let cool.<br />
（2）. Combine the next 4 ingredients (through milk) in a bowl. Stir in the cream cheese. Lightly coat 6 (8-ounce) ramekins with cooking spray. Add 2 tablespoons of salmon mixture to each ramekin. Pour 3/4 cup egg mixture into each ramekin. (Do not overfill.)<br />
（3）. Place ramekins on baking sheet; bake 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Garnish, if desired.</p>
