The method of 21-day diet has 3 stages.
1. The first 3 days: fast
The main purpose is expulsion of toxin. You can eat nothing but water.
2. The next 8 days: Fruits and vegetables meal
The main purpose is burning fat. You can eat vegetables and fruits. The vegetables can be eaten in the form of fresh and boiled without oil.
3. The last 10 days: Normal diet
You can eat your fill with 60% everyday, and eat nothing 5 hours before you go to bed.
You will lose about 40 pounds weight after carried out 21-day diet. If you have achieved ideal body weight within 21 days, you may end early and normal diet is permitted but not overeating. You can maintain your weight with balanced diet. You can execute the 21-day diet after 2 months if weight rebounded.
Today is my first day. I eat nothing but water. Now I am fine, apart from a little hungry. I have enough confidence to lose weight fast .please concern the results.
